Start online or email your DOT number, company name and a copy of your insurance to carriersetup@freight-tec.com.

Get your invite

Emails sent during business hours (6:30am–5:00pm MST, Mon–Fri) receive a setup invite within 10 minutes. After hours, the next business day.

Upload required documents

Operating authority, certificate of insurance naming Freight-Tec, W-9 and signed carrier agreement.

Qualification check

Our qualification process pulls carrier information from SaferWatch before approval.

Get approved and haul

Once approved you can take Freight-Tec freight nationwide and work directly with the agent on the load.
